The compliance side of annual audiometric testing is straightforward: every exposed employee gets tested, once a year, against baseline. The logistics side is where three-shift plants actually struggle, because a testing schedule built around a single daytime visit only reaches whoever happens to be on the clock when the van or booth shows up. A plant running around the clock needs a schedule, not just an appointment.
